Aayush Kevlani is an alumnus of the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai with nearly a decade of experience as a retained counsel with leading law firms in Delhi and Mumbai - Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Solaris Legal, Phoenix Legal and Solomon & Co.

Aayush regularly assists clients navigate complex commercial-legal challenges including with agreements, policies, terms, strategies, investigations, notices, representations, disputes, compliances and filings. His clients include Indian and international businesses operating across industries such as banking, finance, information technology, apparel, sports, education, mobility, telecommunications, media, entertainment, insurance, consultancy, hospitality and infrastructure.

He is especially experienced in advising and representing clients in relation to loan and lease financing; money recovery; insolvency and liquidation; consumer protection; writ; FIR quashing; insurance; testamentary and intestate succession; real estate; rent and eviction; ESOP and RSU; intellectual property; information technology; and domain name matters; with appearances spanning across the Indian Supreme Court; High Courts at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad; NCLAT; NCLT and multiple other courts/tribunals.

Avrati Srivastava is an alumna of the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She has led legal operations for global SaaS platforms and technology enterprises, such as Coralogix, One Impression and Great Learning, operating across the APAC, Middle East, North America, and Europe regions.

Avrati advises clients across industries on technology and corporate-commercial matters, including data protection, privacy, intellectual property, licensing, marketing, advertising, and employment issues. Her experience spans drafting and negotiating SaaS, licensing, partnership, IP, influencer, marketing, employment, vendor, service provider, and lease agreements, besides advising on compliance with GDPR, CCPA, DORA, DPDPA and other international data protection frameworks.

She has established and scaled in-house legal functions for high-growth startups, implementing contract automation, compliance programs, and AI governance frameworks to enable efficient and ethical business operations. Her practice also covers product governance, consumer protection, FSSAI and legal metrology compliance, dispute management, and strategic advisory across SaaS, technology, ed-tech, retail, and media sectors.

She regularly assists startups, enterprises, and content platforms with the drafting and implementation of agreements, website terms, privacy and cookies policies, DPAs, SLAs, EULAs, and vendor codes of conduct, ensuring legal enforceability and operational alignment. She has also overseen IP portfolios and brand protection strategies, integrating IP and privacy safeguards within marketing and content workflows.
